1) Definition of the scope of reporting and responsibilities, assistance with data collection<\/strong>: define the scope of reporting, assist with structuring and framing the collection of historical and building data, measure the organisational impact of the tertiary sector decree and clarify the responsibilities of lessors and lessees.<\/p>\n

2) Preparing for compliance<\/strong>: determining the optimum baseline year for each site, assessing the reduction targets (relative and absolute) in relation to the categories of tertiary activities for each site and carrying out an initial assessment of the impact of compliance on the organisation.<\/p>\n

3) Integrating data into OPERAT and setting up annual energy consumption monitoring<\/strong>: helping to initialise the OPERAT digital platform, transferring reference situation data, annual consumption data and building data to OPERAT and, if necessary, deploying our GreenFlex IQ energy consumption monitoring platform to monitor consumption and manage the energy performance approach.<\/p>\n
